The Mitzvos Raffle
More mitzvos means more tickets, and more tickets means bigger chances. Do a mitzvah, get a ticket. From 15 to 23 October, every Tefillin, every Shabbos candle and every Pizza & Parsha counts.
Every mitzvah is a ticket
Tefillin
- One ticket for every time you put on Tefillin.
- An extra ticket every time you share the mitzvah of Tefillin with someone else.
Shabbos candles
- One ticket for every time you light, on Friday 16 and Friday 23 October.
- An extra ticket for encouraging a friend to light Shabbos candles.
Pizza & Parsha
- Come to Pizza & Parsha and get a bonus ticket.
- Fresh pizza, a lively parsha discussion, and one more chance to win.
How do I log my totals?
Keep count from 15 to 23 October. On 24 or 25 October, send your totals to Rabbi Fuchs through the Connect form (choose “Mitzvos Raffle”), or tell him directly.
Who can enter?
University students and young professionals in NW London. Bring a friend in: sharing a mitzvah earns you an extra ticket too.
When is the draw?
The raffle is drawn on 26 October. Two winners receive £50 each.
Who is running it?
The raffle is organised by Chabad on Campus Golders Green, Rabbi Shlomo and Channa Fuchs. Pizza & Parsha dates are on the Events page; the location is shared when you RSVP.
