What If Your Problem Is Actually a Blessing?
What if the problem you have is actually a big blessing?
In Parshas Tazria we learn about tzaraas — afflictions that could appear on the skin, or as marks on the walls of a house. A Kohen would examine it, and if it was the real thing, he would declare it impure. It sounds terrible.
But the Torah says something remarkable: sometimes the wall had to be broken to treat it — and inside the wall they would find hidden treasures left by previous owners.
That is a parable for everything. Sometimes things look negative; it seems like there is a problem. But when you dig deeper, face it head-on, and overcome the challenge, you find a treasure — a blessing, an improvement.
So instead of seeing problems, see opportunities of discovery. Realize there may be a real benefit hidden in this issue, and that just by facing it and fighting through it you can come out with something better.
Only blessings.
